Charles M.R. Vethan obtained a Bachelors of Science degree at the University of Alberta in Alberta, Canada, and subsequently his Doctor of Jurisprudence at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where he served as an editor on SMU's law journal, The International Lawyer. Mr. Vethan has published articles on international letters of credit, and the role of insurance defense counsel in complex litigation matters.

Mr. Vethan brings his banking background, and experience in complex litigation matters in Los Angeles, California, Houston, Texas, and Orlando, Florida in representing aggressively growing businesses and entrepreneurs.

Mr. Vethan is an AV rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell. The AV rating is awarded to attorneys with very high to preeminent legal ability, expertise, and professionalism in their field of practice.
