Subcontractor Claim Successfully Prosecuted, Counterclaim Defended by The Vethan Law Firm, PC

The Firm successfully prosecuted a subcontractor's claim in arbitration, before the American Arbitration Association, and defended against the general contractor's counterclaim of $2.7 million against our client. After a four-day arbitration before a three-member panel, the Firm dismissed the general contractor's claim in full, and obtained an award in favor of our client in excess of $370,000.  Mr. Vethan was lead counsel on the case.
